Scratch Tester is applied to the scratch resistance performance evaluation of single coating or complex coating system in insulated color coated sheet. A tungsten carbide hemispherical stylus with a certain weight moves on the surface of test panel to evaluate coating's performance.
The item complies with the standards of ISO1518, BS3900 and can display the graph of scratch on the screen in real time and show the test result "OK" / "NG".
