Introduction
BEVS Salt Spray Tester is used to simulate marine or high temperature and high humidity environment for corrosion test of materials or products. Specimens will be exposed to repeat the cycle of various conditions, including salt spray, humidity, dry-off, high temperature and high humidity, and constant humiture. The cycle can be programmed to include one or more than one test conditions. BEVS Salt Spray Tester can carry out continuous salt sprat, Prohesion and most cyclic automotive corrosion tests. With the advanced software system, users can select the pre-programmed test method, view the real-time testing parameters and historical curves and ouput the data.
Function
Fog Function
When the Fog Function is performed, the salt solution in the external tank is pumped to the nozzle. Compressed air is humidified and heated by the saturator on its way to the nozzle. The corrosion solution is atomized by the salt spray nozzle and sprayed evenly. Chamber heaters maintain the programmed chamber temperature.
Drying Function
During the Drying Function, air is heated by the air heater and then conveyed to the chamber through the blower. The temperature inside the box is controlled by the chamber heater and the air heater together.
Moisture Function
During the moisture function, the blower dries air and the humidifier moistures air to control the humidity inside the chamber. PID controller is used to ensure that the humidity of the box is stable within the standard range through intelligent adjustment. The air heater maintains the chamber within the set temperature.
